Development began with a deep conversation between us and our client, where based on the research we came up with the product’s concept and design. With clear objectives, a simple design and branding at the global level, we could start working on product pages and targeted marketing in the form of PR articles and SEO optimization, building on our own magazines.

Customer wanted a b2b campaign focused on HR specialists and even on entrepreneurs that would promote the high professional standards of their work and the idea that the color of one’s skin, or the fact that they belong to a certain ethnic / national minority, should not be a factor that decides their acceptance or refusal at job interviews. Their professional qualifications should be the only decisive factor.

Honestly, we were very pleasantly surprised by the jury’s decision, which chose to award us with first place in the categories of Print in the national round of Young Cannes Lions. The vast majority of works have been redesigned photo-visuals at a high level, perhaps because the jury decided to prefer simplicity and conciseness. We are proud that we were able to be a part of the International Festival of Creativity in Cannes and represent Slovakia at this prestigious international competition!

Such a large and complex project requires a larger dose of planning and sketching wireframes, because the site must be simple and easy-to-use, without introducing undue complexity to the users. The whole concept we aligned in soft colors combined with significant elements that we needed to pick up because of targeted interaction.

Unfortunately, the concept did not find a direct use and was not approved by the client. But that’s no reason to not show it to you. Maybe it will make your day fresher and give you a taste for Mäta!


The main idea came from Triad’s people, who tried to infuse the campaign with soul of the product. Thanks to the rich composition of the beer, they tried to use an active lifestyle approach to attract consumers and convey the energy of the product. Birell is a perfect drink after heavy physical activity, a favorite drink on tours, and it is this spirit that carried the entire campaign.
